Welcome to Jiva Driving School. By booking and participating in driving lessons with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and effective learning environment for all students.
At Jiva Driving School, our instructors are committed to providing professional and reliable driving lessons.
Lessons will commence and conclude at the agreed date, time, and location.
In the event that the instructor is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, the client will be notified as soon as possible.
Our instructors will provide professional guidance and support to help learners develop safe and confident driving skills.
To ensure a smooth learning experience, clients are required to follow these commitments:
The client must provide a valid driver’s license or learner’s permit before the first lesson.
The client must provide accurate contact details so that communication regarding lessons can be maintained.
Clients are expected to arrive on time at the agreed lesson location.
All driving lessons must be paid for in advance.
Payment of the instructor’s fees is required before each lesson begins.
Lessons will only commence once the payment has been received.
Payment methods and fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
We understand that sometimes schedules change. However, to respect our instructors’ time, the following cancellation policy applies:
If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
If a lesson is cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Clients are encouraged to notify us as early as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel a lesson.
For safety reasons, appropriate footwear must be worn during all driving lessons.
Acceptable footwear includes enclosed flat shoes.
Footwear such as high heels, sandals, slippers, or open footwear is not permitted during lessons.
Inappropriate footwear may result in the lesson being cancelled for safety reasons.
Safety is our top priority at Jiva Driving School.
Clients must follow all instructions provided by the instructor during lessons.
Clients must behave responsibly and comply with all road rules and regulations.
The instructor has the right to stop a lesson if safety concerns arise.
Jiva Driving School reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page.
